Unlike other sites, you can list as many assets/homes as you wish, and there is no joining fee. You only pay a small fee (currently $10USD painlessly deducted from your account) when points are transferred to or from your account. So whether you swap for a week or a month, it still costs the same small fee.
You don't even need to list an asset or home to become a member. If you want to make use of other people's assets and homes, all you need to do is join our membership and purchase points from reciplocation.com - these are then transferred to the other member's account. This is a lot more cost effective and comfortable than staying in hotels, or renting expensive, fancy toys.
Alternatively, you may rent your home or other asset using our site. Simply list your home/asset, and once the points have been transferred into your account, you are free to cash them in at any time.
If you never exchange you don’t pay a cent, so you may as well list! You may find some great homes to visit in a place you always wanted to go to - or you may find an experience or adventure that you had not previously considered before. But if you don’t list you will never know!
